This agreement was finalized during high-level talks between officials from both nations, where they focused on enhancing collaboration in defense technology, military training, logistics, and other future opportunities.

The defense ties between Vietnam and the UAE have been developing alongside their broader economic, diplomatic, and trade relations. Both countries have expressed their commitment to strengthening these ties by supporting regular exchanges, engaging in defense dialogue mechanisms, and pursuing joint initiatives.
